Wang Mengmeng, male, born in July 1982, chief physician, professor, master tutor, Medical Doctor, Post-Doctor in Japan, Visiting Scholar in US. Currently,he is the Head of ophthalmic Laboratory and the Director of Refractive Surgery Department of Hebei Eye Hospital. He has several academic titles such as Hebei Yanzhao Talent (Grade A) Expert, Hebei Excellent Experts going abroad, Hebei Top Youth Talent, Hebei Excellent Scientific and Technological Worker. He is also the committee member of the Public Health Ophthalmology Branch of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, the Eye Health Branch of the Chinese Health Promotion and Education Association, the ophthalmology branch of the Chinese National Health Association,etc., and the Associate Editor of BMC Ophthalmology. Up to now, he has published 40+ papers (including 20+ SCIs), 5 books and 3 patents. He is the prize-winner of Polish "Silver Cornea" Award, Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, Beijing Medical Science and Technology Award, etc. His researches focus on the myopia prevention and control and refractive surgeries.
