Engaged in clinical and scientific research related to cataract for 20 years. Specialize in phacoemulsification, manual small incision cataract surgery, and various multifocal or toric intraocular lens implantation. Have rich experience in complex cataract surgeries such as combined high myopia, glaucoma, uveitis, abnormal zonules, the history of refractive or retinal surgery. Chair 2 projects funded by National Nature Science Foundation of China, 1 project funded by Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong, China, and 1 project funded by Medical Scientific Research Foundation of Guangdong, China. Participate in many key projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Key Research and Development Program of China, and the writing of 2 monographs related to cataract. Published more than 50 papers in domestic and international journals, including 30 SCI papers as the first or corresponding author.
