The Vice President of the He Dong Branch of Guangzhou First People's Hospital, Doctor of Ophthalmology, Chief Physician, and Graduate Supervisor, serves as a leading figure in the field of ophthalmology. She earned her Ph.D. from the Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center of Sun Yat-sen University in 2010 and was a visiting scholar at the University of California from 2015 to 2016.
Over the years, she has focused on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pediatric myopia control, glaucoma prevention and management, retinal macular diseases, and retinopathy of prematurity. Her research also encompasses the pathogenesis of juvenile myopia and the regeneration of retinal ganglion cells.
Currently, she holds numerous esteemed positions, including Director of the Guangzhou Medical Association’s Children and Adolescents Myopia Control Committee, Director of the Ophthalmology and Systemic Diseases Professional Committee under the Guangdong Eye Health Association, and Expert Advisor to the Glaucoma Professional Committee of the same association. Additionally, she serves as a Young Member of the Chinese Ophthalmology Women Physicians Association, Consultant Expert for the Guangdong Myopia Prevention and Control Doctor Lecture Team, and Special Expert for the "Refining 'Clear Vision'" Adolescent Eye Health Science Initiative by Yangcheng Evening News.
She is also the Deputy Head of the Youth Professional Group of the Guangdong Medical Association’s Ophthalmology Physician Branch, Deputy Director of the Ophthalmic Disease Prevention and Treatment Professional Committee under the Guangdong Preventive Medicine Association, and Deputy Director of the Visual Health Branch of the Guangdong Precision Medicine Association.
She has undertaken or contributed to multiple national and provincial research projects and has authored or co-authored over thirty papers in SCI journals and leading domestic core journals as the first or corresponding author.
