目的：探讨眼外伤门诊急诊与住院病房一体化管理模式。方法：中山大学中山眼科中心于2015年4月成立眼外伤急诊部，组建眼外伤急诊队伍，实现眼外伤门诊急诊与住院病房一体化管理，即眼外伤患者从门诊到病房的接诊、治疗、随访进行一体化管理，简化急诊诊疗流程，最大限度保证医疗护理质量。结果：眼外伤门诊急诊与住院病房一体化管理模式是一种以患者为中心的新型管理模式。该模式能保障急诊患者诊治的及时性、连贯性；缩短急诊患者就诊到等候手术的时间，提高患者就诊满意度；在保证医疗质量的同时，医护人力资源得到合理高效使用；并取得较好的社会效益与经济效益。结论：眼外伤门诊急诊与住院病房一体化管理模式具备长远发展及推广的价值。
Objective: To discuss the integrated management in emergency department and wards for patients of ocular trauma. Methods: The emergency department and the team were organized in April 2015 to simplify the process of treatment for patients of ocular trauma, and to improve the benefit and outcome for those patients. Results: The integrated management of emergency department and wards for patients of ocular trauma was a new management model focusing upon the benefit of patients. This model could guarantee the timeliness and continuity by reducing waiting time for diagnosis or operations. The integrated model had obvious economic and social benefits by improving quality of care and reasonably using human resource. Conclusion: TTe integrated management model in emergency department and wards for patients of ocular trauma is worthy of further application.
目的：探讨眼外伤门急诊与住院病房一体化管理模式下，眼外伤患者的护理方法。方法：对2018年4月中山大学中山眼科中心 109 例眼外伤急诊手术患者采取有效的护理措施，通过交谈、示范、发放宣传资料等方法，对患者实施心理护理、术前护理、术后护理、出院指导及延续护理。结果：109 例患者均顺利接受手术，其中门急诊患者 43 例当天行手术治疗并于第 2 天眼外伤急诊专科门诊复诊，收入院患者 66 例行手术治疗均治愈出院。结论：在门急诊与住院病房一体化的管理模式下，对患者做好心理护理、术前术后护理及出院指导，使患者安心接受手术，得到相应的健康指导，提高了患者的满意度，值得推广。
Objective: To explore the nursing methods for ocular traumatic patients in the integrated management mode of ocular trauma emergency room and ward. Methods: We took effective nursing measures for the patients who treated with surgeries in our ocular traumatic emergency room, including comprehensive conversation, demonstration, distribution of detailed propaganda, discharge guidance as well as preoperative, postoperative, and discharge psychological nursing, from 1st April, to 30th April, 2018. Results: A total of 109 patients were included in this study. Forty-three of them underwent the emergency surgery on the day of admission and reviewed in the outpatient at postoperative 2 days. The other 66 patients were hospitalized, recovered and discharged. Conclusion: In this integrated management mode, comprehensive psychological nursing, perioperative nursing and discharged guidance would help to comfort patient and improve the degree of satisfaction, which is worthy of widespread application.
目的：探讨多点电凝视网膜切开术治疗眼外伤复发性视网膜脱离的护理。方法：回顾总结眼外伤复发性视网膜脱离患者行多点电凝视网膜切开术的围手术期护理。结果：9 例患者中 7 例获得视网膜复位，视网膜再次复位率达到 78％，围手术期无明显并发症。结论：做好术前的心理护理及健康指导，术中配合及术后的体位护理，病情观察，出院后随访等护理措施对巩固手术效果，促进康复起重要作用。
Objective: To explore the key procedures of perioperative nursing care for recurrent retinal detachment in patients with ocular trauma by using radial retinotomies. Methods: Perioperative nursing care data of 9 ocular trauma patients who underwent radial retinotomies in Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center from 2014 to 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Among 9 patients, 7 cases achieved retinal reattachment with a success rate of 78%. No significant complications were observed during the perioperative period. Conclusion: Preoperative psychological nursing and health guidance, intraoperative cooperation, correct body position for postoperative nursing, monitoring of physical conditions and postoperative follow-up can enhance the surgical efficacy and accelerate postoperative recovery.
