目的:通过运用现代物联网技术,实现构建覆盖眼视光诊疗和验光配镜、医疗器械和耗材采购等多流程、多业务、多体系的眼视光综合管理信息系统。方法:依托现有移动互联网、云平台和现代物联网等技术,在传统眼科医疗信息系统技术基础上,上下延伸覆盖物流采购、仪器设备互联互通、移动支付和数据挖掘等业务流程和功能,推进眼视光管理综合运营。结果:实现供应链和物流全流程,眼视光门诊业务全流程,移动支付全流程,数据采集到数据挖掘全流程。结论:系统优势在于建立了一套完整的患者视光健康档案,为集团化视光产业走可持续发展道路提供优势资源。

Objective: To establish a multi-process,-service and system integrated optometry information system, which covers optometry service, medical equipment and consumable procurement. Methods: Depending upon the Internet, cloud platform and Internet of things, the work flows integrating logistics procurement, equipment connection, mobile payment and data acquisition were achieved to promote the comprehensive management of optometry service on the basis of original information system for ophthalmic hospital. Results: The full-flow process was realized in the sessions of supply chain and logistics, optometry outpatient service, mobile payment, data acquisition, etc. Conclusion: The highlight of this system is to establish complete database for patients admitted to the optometry outpatient, which offer data and evidence for sustainable growth of optometry service.

眼科医院多院区运维一体化信息系统设计和实现

Design and implementation of integrated information system for operation and maintenance in two hospital districts of Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center

目的:利用信息化手段强化整合医院医疗后勤、物业和设备终端日常维护管理工作,实现临床后勤保障和设备终端运维服务工作闭环管理。方法:使用微信搭建医院快速报修信息系统,通过微信公众号向临床、科研和后勤管理部门,提供信息设备、医疗设备及后勤物业等快速报修服务。结果:建立眼科医院运维一体化信息系统,满足维修有申请、巡检有记录和服务有评价的运维服务标准,实现运维数据统计分析及工作量报表功能。结论:眼科医院多院区运维一体化信息系统有效提高了运维工作质量,优化了医院运维管理流程,更好地满足了日间手术、日间病房等眼科医院快速医疗服务要求。

Objective: To integrate the hospital logistics, property and information terminal maintenance and achieve operational service closed-loop management, relying on the information construction in Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center, China. Methods: We used WeChat to provide fast repair service covering information equipment, medical equipment and logistics services. Results: Information system realized the function of application maintenance, record inspection and evaluation services, completed the statistical analysis of operation and maintenance data and the reporting features. Conclusion: Information system can effectively improve the operational quality, optimize the process of hospital operational management and meet the requirements of offering rapid service in an ophthalmic hospital.

目的:探索新形势下建立医院多院区一体化运维管理系统。方法:运用 SWOT 分析法全面分析医院信息、后勤和设备三大部门运维管理状况,进而对运维一体化模式进行全面剖析。结果:医院多院区一体化运维发展战略在信息运维一体化系统建设工作实践中取得显著成效,提升了工作效率和医院核心竞争力。结论:SWOT 分析法对医院多院区一体化发展战略研究提供了理论基础,为医院多院区一体化管理提供了扎实有效的理论参考。


Objective: To establish the new eye hospital operational integration management mode. Methods: Using SWOT to analysis of hospital information management operations, logistics and equipment department, comprehensive analysis of operational integration mode. Results: We proposed hospital campus more operational integration development strategy, and in the practice of the information integration of operational work achieved remarkable achievement, which improved the working efficiency and the hospital core competitiveness. Conclusion: The SWOT analysis method for hospital operational integration development strategy research, provides a theoretical basis for hospital campus more leapfrog development provides a solid and effective theoretical reference.

亚太眼科学数据中心建设初探

随着亚太眼科学会(Asia-Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology,APAO)永久会址和秘书处落户在中山大学中山眼科中心珠江新城院区眼科学国家重点实验室大楼(中国广州),在大数据时代背景下,建设先进的亚太级眼科学科学数据中心已成为亚太眼科创新战略发展的需要。通过建设科学数据中心,一方面缓解眼科学国家重点实验室项目科研数据增长压力,一方面为眼科大数据与人工智能等新兴科研项目开展提供保障平台,为亚太眼科学科建设打下坚实的数据基础。科学数据中心设计建设遵照国家《科学数据管理办法》实施,以加强和规范科学数据管理,保障科学数据安全,提高开放共享水平,更好支撑国家科技创新、经济社会发展和符合国家信息安全建设方针。
As the Asia-Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology (APAO) secretariat permanently located in the building of State Key Laboratory of Ophthalmology (Guangzhou, China). In big data time, it’s a problem for the development of the Asia-pacific ophthalmology innovation strategy to construct the Asia-pacific science data center of ophthalmology. Through the construction of science data center, alleviate the pressure of the state key laboratory of ophthalmology data growth, for big data and new research fields such as artificial intelligence to provide guarantee, provided a basis for the Asia-pacific eye subject construction. Science data center construction in accordance with national “scientific data management method”, to strengthen and standardize the scientific data management, to ensure the safety of scientific data, improve the level of open sharing, better support scientific and technological innovation, economic and social development and national security as a policy.
