In this issue, Professor Mervat S. Mourad of Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt, presented a wonderful report with the theme of "Treatment decision-making of obstinate keratitis". Keratitis is a relatively difficult disease, which will face many uncertain factors in the treatment process. Professor Mervat S. Mourad provides new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease by sharing the diagnosis and treatment experience of representative difficult cases.
