白内障人群角膜屈光力的分布及相关因素分析

目的:探讨白内障人群角膜屈光力(corneal refractive power,CRP)的分布特点及与眼生物学参数的相关因素分析。方法:回顾性横断面研究福州眼科医院2019年3月至2022年7月就诊的40岁以上白内障人群共23035眼,使用OA-2000测量其眼轴(axial length,AL)、CRP、前房深度(anterior chamber depth,ACD)、晶状体厚度(lens thickness,LT)、角膜水平直径即白到白(white-to-white,WTW)、中央角膜厚度(central corneal thickness,CCT)。绘制各眼生物学参数及年龄Spearman相关性热力图,绘制CRP与AL、CRP与WTW散点拟合图。将CRP与上述参数及年龄进行Spearman相关性分析,分段数据的线性关系使用Pearson分析及线性回归分析。结果:白内障人群CRP为(44.36±1.52)D,在总体数据中CRP与AL为非线性相关;但在分段数据中存在线性相关:当AL≤25.06 mm,CRP与AL负线性相关(R2 =0.397,P<0.001);当AL>25.06 mm,CRP与AL正线性相关(R2 =0.045,P<0.001);无论AL长短,CRP与WTW、CCT均呈负相关。在总体数据中,CRP与WTW也存在非线性关系;但在分段数据中存在线性相关:当10.52 mm≤WTW≤12.46 mm,CRP与WTW负线性相关(R2 =0.149,P<0.001),并与AL、ACD、CCT呈负相关。结论:CRP与AL、WTW呈非线性相关,使用CRP优化计算人工晶状体(intraocular lens,IOL)屈光力时需适当考虑AL、WTW与CRP的相关性。
Objective: To investigate the distribution characteristics of corneal refractive power (CRP), and analyze the correlation between corneal refractive power and ocular biometric parameters in cataract patients. Methods: A retrospective cross-sectional study was conducted on 2,3035 eyes of cataract patients over 40 years old, who visited Fuzhou Eye Hospital during the period between March 2019 and July 2022. The subjects' examination results of axial length (AL), corneal refractive power (CRP), anterior chamber depth (ACD), lens thickness (LT), horizontal corneal diameter (WTW), central corneal thickness (CCT) were measured by OA-2000. Spearman correlation thermograms of bilological parameters and age for each eyes were worked out. The plot scatter fitting plots of CRP and AL, CRP and WTW were made. Spearman correlation analysis was made among CRP, above-mentioned parameters and age. Linear relationships of the segmented data were analyzed with Pearson and linear regression analysis. Results: In the cataract patients, CRP was (44.36 ± 1.52) D. There was a non-linear correlation between CRP and AL in the total data. However, there was a linear relationship in the segmented data. When AL ≤ 25.06 mm, CRP was negatively linearly correlated with AL (R2 =0.397, P<0.001). When AL>25.06 mm, CRP was weakly positively correlated with AL (R2 =0.045, P<0.001). Regardless of the length of AL, CRP was negatively correlated with WTW and CCT. There was also a nonlinear relationship between CRP and WTW in the total data. But there was a linear correlation in the segmented data.When 10.52 mm ≤ WTW ≤ 12.46 mm, the negative linear correlation was found between CRP and WTW (R2 =0.149, P<0.001), while there was negative correlation among CRP, AL, ACD, and CCT. Conclusion: There is a non-linear correlation among CRP, AL and WTW. To optimize the calculation of intraocular lens (IOL) refractive power with CRP, it is necessary to consider the correlation between AL, WTW, and CRP.

准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术后白内障患者术后远视漂移一例

该文报道了一例40岁女性患者,因“双眼渐进性视物模糊3个月”就诊。患者既往于2005年因高度近视行双眼准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (LASIK)。最佳矫正视力OD:0.2 (–11.00 DS/ –1.25 DC×170 °),OS:0.7 (–4.00 DS/ –0.75 DC×25 °)。双眼角膜透明,前房中深,晶状体混浊,豹纹状眼底伴后巩膜葡萄肿。诊断为双眼并发性白内障,并行右眼白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体 (IOL) 植入术,术中植入+14.0 D IOL一枚,目标屈光度为–0.5 D。术后1周裸眼视力0.3,验光结果示右眼屈光度+2.75 DS,最佳矫正视力0.7。术后2周行右眼IOL置换术,由+14.0 D置换为+17.0 D。右眼术后1周裸眼视力0.8,验光结果示右眼屈光度–0.75 DC×15 °。

It is reported in this article that a 40-year-old female patient presented with "progressive blurred vision of both eyes for 3 months". The patient underwent bilateral laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) because of high myopia in 2005. It was recorded that her best corrected visual acuity was 0.2 (–11.00 DS/ –1.25 DC×170 °) in the right eye and 0.7 (–4.00 DS/ –0.75 DC×25 °) in the left, and clear cornea, normal anterior chamber, cloudy lens, tessellated fundus with posterior staphyloma in both eyes. The patient was diagnosed with bilateral complicated cataract. Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens (IOL, +14.0 diopter (D)) implantation was performed on the right eye, with the target –0.5D refractive diopter . One week after surgery, it was recorded that the uncorrected visual acuity of the right eye was 0.3, and the best corrected visual acuity was 0.7 (+2.75 DS). IOL replacement of the right eye was performed two weeks after surgery, the +14.0 D IOL was replaced by +17.0 D IOL. One week after surgery, the uncorrected visual acuity of the right eye was 0.8 (–0.75 DC×15 °).

角膜因其特有的内部有序排列结构具有高度透明性,是眼前部重要的屈光间质,又因其缺乏血液供应,角膜疾病恢复周期较长、病情易反复出现,严重影响患者的视力和日常生活。基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinase, MMP)通过参与组织蛋白降解重塑、血管生成、炎症免疫反应等,在肺纤维化、动脉粥样硬化等众多疾病中具有重要作用,其中MMP-2(明胶酶A)在眼部相关疾病中的作用也逐渐受到关注。单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎具有高度致盲性,反复发作会导致角膜失去透明性,角膜混浊逐渐加重,最终导致失明。研究者通过对MMP-2在HSK、角膜溃疡中的病理作用机制进行分析研究,发现MMP-2的特异性抑制药物在角膜炎中具有一定的临床应用前景,未来或可从本文的研究角度出发,适当增加相关的药物治疗研发,解决目前治疗的局限性,以期为角膜疾病患者带来新的有效治疗方案。
The cornea has a high degree of transparency due to its unique internal orderly arrangement structure, and as a major refractive media in the anterior eye. However, due to its lack of blood supply, the recovery period of corneal diseases is long and the condition is prone to recurrence, corneal diseases seriously affecting the patient's vision and daily life. Matrix Metalloproteinases play an important role in many diseases, such as pulmonary fibrosis and atherosclerosis, by participating in tissue protein degradation and remodelling, angiogenesis, inflammatory immune response, etc. Among them, the role of MMP-2 in ocular diseases has also been gradually explored and studied. Herpes simplex virus keratitis is highly blinding, and repeated attacks can cause the cornea to lose transparency, gradually worsen corneal opacity, ultimately resulting in blindness. By analysing the mechanism of MMP-2 in herpesvirus keratitis and corneal ulcers, researchers were found that specific inhibitions of MMP-2 have certain clinical application prospects in keratitis. In the future, from the perspective of this study, it may be appropriate to increase the research and development of related drug treatments, solve the limitations of current treatments, and bring new effective treatment options for corneal disease patients.

准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)是矫正屈光不正的重要角膜屈光手术方式之一。经过准分子激光切削的角膜,生物测量数据发生改变。对于此类患者,通过常规测量获得的参数数据以及使用常规计算公式确定的IOL屈光度将变得不再准确,由此将会导致术后较大的屈光误差,进而影响患者的视觉质量。本文报道一例46岁的男性白内障患者。该患者既往双眼屈光不正,曾接受过LASIK手术治疗。白内障术前角膜地形图检查发现该患者双眼存在角膜偏心切削,这为IOL屈光度的确定带来困难。手术医生通过角膜地形图判断角膜切削的居中性,在特定区域内选择角膜曲率K值,并采用Barrett True K公式计算出IOL屈光度。白内障术后患眼屈光误差相对较小,视力提高,视觉质量改善。
Laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) is a crucial corneal refractive surgery for correcting refractive errors. The cornea, after undergoing excimer laser ablation, undergoes changes in biometric measurements. For such patients, conventional measurements and IOL power calculations based on standard formulas may no longer be accurate, leading  to significant postoperative refractive errors and subsequently impacting the patient's visual quality. This article presents a case of a 46-year-old male cataract patient who had a history of refractive errors in both eyes and had previously undergone LASIK surgery. Preoperative corneal topography revealed corneal eccentric ablation in both eyes, posing challenges in determining IOL power. The surgeon assessed the centration of corneal ablation using corneal topography, selected the keratometry value (K value) within specific corneal regions, and calculated the IOL power using the Barrett True K formula. Postoperatively, the cataract patient experienced relatively minor refractive errors, leading to improved vision and enhanced visual quality.

近年来,眼部电流刺激(electrical stimulation,ES)在不同方向的研究中逐渐揭示了其在多种视网膜疾病中的潜在治疗价值。其中,经角膜电刺激(transcorneal electrical stimulation,TES)作为一种非侵入性的治疗方法,能对视网膜、视神经、眼底血管及其相关结构产生积极的影响。TES能够改善视力,在保护感光细胞和减缓疾病进展方面显示出积极效果,提高患者的生存质量,还能够在不损伤眼球的情况下调节大脑中的神经元活动,为视网膜疾病的治疗提供一种新的选择。该文对近年来TES在视网膜色素变性(retinitis pigmentosa,RP)、年龄相关性黄斑变性(age-related macular degeneration,AMD)、视网膜血管病、青光眼以及视神经病变等疾病中的应用研究进行了综述。研究发现,TES治疗是一种安全且无需手术的辅助治疗工具,具有广泛的应用前景。该文旨在为临床医师提供一个全面的TES研究概述,并深入探讨其在眼科学领域的潜在应用价值。然而,TES治疗的具体机制仍需进一步探讨,以便更好地应用于临床实践。同时,未来研究还应关注TES与其他治疗方法相结合的效果,以期为患者提供更多有效的治疗选择。
In recent years, electrical stimulation of the eye (ES) has gradually revealed its potential therapeutic value in a variety of retinal diseasesin different directions. Among them, transcorneal electrical stimulation (TES), as a non-invasive treatment, can have a positive effect on the retina, optic nerve, fundus vessels and related structures. TES can improve vision, show positive effects in protecting photoreceptor cells and slowing disease progression, improve the quality of life of patients, and can regulate neuronal activity in the brain without damaging the eyeball, providing a new option for the treatment of retinal diseases. The research on the application on TES on retinitis pigementosa (RP), age-related macular degeneration (AMD), retinal angiopathy, glaucoma and optic neuropathy are reviewed in this article. It is found in the study that TES therapy is a safe and surgery-free adjuvant therapy tool, and has a wide application prospect. The purpose of this article is to provide clinicians with a comprehensive overview of TES research,and to explore its potential application value in the field of ophthalmology. However, the specific mechanism of TES therapy still needs to be further explored in order to better apply in clinical practice. At the same time, future studies should also focus on the effect of combining TES with other treatment methods, in order to provide more effective treatment options for patients.

异体角膜基质透镜移植治疗角膜穿孔:2例病例报告及文献复习

角膜基质透镜是带有一定屈光度的角膜组织,为利用激光或板层刀等在角膜基质层内雕刻出一个精确对焦点的光学透镜。随着角膜屈光手术的不断发展,术中产生了大量的角膜基质透镜, 越来越多的学者也将目光聚焦于此。我国角膜供体来源匮乏与手术量需求严重不匹配, 眼库严重缺乏供体角膜,而对角膜组织的需求却越来越大。角膜穿孔作为角膜疾病的终末阶段,严重威胁患者的视力,甚至要面临摘除眼球的风险, 是对患者身体与心理的双重打击。绝大多数的角膜穿孔需要紧急手术处理, 对于一些常规治疗无效或角膜病变更严重的,角膜移植术可能是唯一有效的手段。对原本废弃的透镜重新利用, 将其用于治疗角膜溃疡、修补角膜穿孔以及辅助治疗各类角膜疾病的危重阶段, 均观察到其取得了良好的效果, 这在一定程度上缓解了临床上角膜供体缺乏的现状。本文报道了2例由角膜白斑引起的角膜穿孔患者使用异体角膜基质透镜移植治疗的病例, 术后2名患者病情均得到稳定。同时探讨了角膜基质透镜移植的局限性, 本文并未观察到角膜透镜移植对于感染性、免疫性等其他原因造成的角膜穿孔的疗效, 因此在行角膜移植之前,要正确认识及处理原发病,尽量避免一些并发症和排斥反应的发生。
Corneal stromal lenses are corneal tissues with specific refractive power, created by precisely sculpting an optical lens within the corneal stromal layer using lasers or microkeratomes. With the ongoing development of corneal refractive surgery, a large amount of corneal stromal lenses are generated during procedures, drawing increasing attention from researchers. In China, there exists a severe mismatch between the scarcity of corneal donors and the high demand for surgical procedures. This has led to a critical shortage of donor corneas in eye banks, while the need for corneal tissue keeps rising. Corneal perforation, which is the end-stage of various corneal diseases, poses a significant threat to patients' vision and may even result in enucleation, causing considerable physical and psychological distress. Most cases of corneal perforation require urgent surgical intervention. For patients with severe conditions or those for whom conventional treatments are ineffective, corneal transplantation may be the only viable option. Reusing stromal lenses that were previously discarded to treat corneal ulcers, repair corneal perforations, and assist in managing critical stages of various corneal diseases has shown promising results. This, to some extent, helps alleviate the clinical shortage of donor corneas. This article presents two cases of corneal perforation caused by corneal leukoma, both of which were successfully treated with allogeneic corneal stromal lens transplantation. Both patients achieved stable conditions after the operation. Additionally, this paper discusses the limitations of corneal stromal lens transplantation. The efficacy of corneal lens transplantation for perforations caused by infectious or immunological etiologies was not observed in this study. Therefore, it is essential to accurately diagnose and manage the underlying disease before transplantation and to minimize the occurrence of complications and rejection reactions.

真菌性角膜炎是我国常见的致盲性眼病,其中排前3位的致病病原菌分别为曲霉菌、镰刀菌以及念珠菌。念珠菌作为一种条件致病真菌,在宿主免疫功能低下或眼表微环境失衡时易引发机会性感染,其发病率因免疫抑制药物的滥用以及隐形眼镜佩戴的增加等因素逐年上升。在机会感染后,由于念珠菌本身以及生物膜形成的特殊作用,常导致其对现用系统性抗真菌药物,如伏立康唑、两性霉素B、伊曲康唑及氟康唑等耐药性增加。近年来,关于纳米材料介导的药物传递系统作用于治疗念珠菌角膜炎的研究日益增多,新型纳米材料通过作为抗真菌药物的载体,增加药物溶解度,延长眼表停留时间,加强生物膜、角膜穿透性,提高了抗真菌药物对念珠菌的抗菌作用,为解决念珠菌感染耐药性难题提供了新思路。文章综述了纳米聚合物、纳米颗粒、纳米凝胶、脂质体载体、纳米立方体、纳米微针和纳米胶束等新型纳米材料作为治疗念珠菌角膜炎的新型给药载体的研究现状与进展,突破传统疗法的局限,为改善目前临床存在抗真菌治疗药物有限的问题提供新的可行思路。

Fungal keratitis is a prevalent blinding ocular disease in China, with Aspergillus, Fusarium, and Candida ranking as the top three pathogenic fungi. As an opportunistic pathogenic fungus, Candida readily causes opportunistic infections when host immunity is compromised or the ocular surface microenvironment is imbalanced. The incidence of Candida keratitis has been rising annually due to factors such as the misuse of immunosuppressive drugs and increased contact lens wear. Following infection, Candida itself and the formation of biofilms contribute to enhanced resistance against currently used systemic antifungal agents, including voriconazole, amphotericin B, itraconazole, and fluconazole, posing significant challenges to clinical treatment.Recently, research on nanomaterials-mediated drug delivery systems for treating Candida keratitis has burgeoned. Novel nanomaterials, serving as carriers for antifungal drugs, enhance therapeutic efficacy by improving drug solubility, prolonging ocular surface retention time, penetrating biofilms, and enhancing corneal permeability. These advancements offer new strategies to address drug resistance in Candida infections. This article reviews the research status and progress of emerging nanomaterialssuch as nanopolymers, nanoparticles, nanogels, liposomal carriers, nanocubes, nanoneedles, and nanomicellesas innovative drug delivery vectors for Candida keratitis. By overcoming the limitations of conventional therapies, these nanomaterials provide feasible solutions to the clinical challenges of limited antifungal options and drug resistance. The integration of nanotechnology holds promise for revolutionizing the treatment of Candida keratitis and advancing precision medicine for ocular surface fungal infections.

胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的远期效果及眼表情况

Long-term Efficacy and Ocular Surface of Pterygium Excision Combined with Autologous Corneal Limbal Stem Cell Transplantation in Treatment of Pterygium

目的:探讨胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的远期效果。
方法:2003年12月-2008年12月在我院就诊的原发性翼状胬肉患者55例57眼,均采用胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗,术后随访2~8年,平均5.3年。观察创面愈合情况、治疗效果和并发症情况。
结果:术后早期患者均有不同程度的充血、水肿和异物感,3~5d 后症状逐渐减轻,一周左右完全消失。角膜创面完全上皮化时间为4~7d,平均4.83d。术后有持续性眼表刺激症状者7例,术后残留纤维组织者1例,角膜浅层瘢痕者4例。术后随访2~8年,平均5.3年,复发8例8眼 (复发率13.11%)。术后1年时复查OSDI 评分,所有患者较术前评分均有不同程度的降低,与术前相比,两组评分和构成比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后5年时复查OSDI评分较1年前稍有降低,但差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1、5年时泪液基础分泌[(12.95±4.03) mm,(12.68±4.77) mm]和泪膜破裂时间 [(10.55±4.13)s, (10.03±4.64) s] 较术前[(9.48±3.34)mm,(8.14±3.57)s] 明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论:应用胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉,术后早期症状轻、消失快,远期复发少,效果良好。
Purpose: To evaluate the long-term efficacy of pterygium excision combined with autologous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium.
Methods: Fifty five patients (57 eyes) diagnosed with primary pterygium undergoing pterygium excision combined with autologous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation between December 2003 and December 2008 were enrolled in this study. Postoperative follow-up endured for 2-8 years, 5.3 years on average. The wound healing, clinical efficacy and postoperative complications were observed.
Results: During early stage after surgery, all patients presented with varying degree of hyperemia, edema and sense of foreign body, which were gradually mitigated 3-5 d later and completely recovered in approximately 1 week. The corneal wound was completely epithelized within 4-7 d, 4.83 d on average. Seven patients had persistent ocular surface irritation symptoms after surgery, one case had residual fibrous tissues and four patients developed superficial corneal scars. Postoperative follow-up endured for 2-8 years, 5.3 years on average. Eight patients (8 eyes) recurred with a recurrence rate of 13.11%. In all patients,  postoperative OSDI score was significantly decreased at 1-year reexamination. OSDI score and constitution ratio significantly differed between two groups (both P<0.05).At postoperative 5 years, OSDI score was slightly lower compared with that in last year with no statistical significance(P>0.05).At post operative 1- and 5-year, basic tear secretion was (12.95 ±4.03) mm and (12.68 ±4.77) mm, tear film break-up time was (10.55±4.13)s and (10.03±4.64)s. Both indexes were significantly improved compared with (9.48±3.34) mm and (8.14±3.57)s before surgery (all P<0.05).
Conclusion: Pterygium excision combined with autologous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation is an efficacious treatment of pterygium with mild postoperative symptoms, rapid recovery, low long-term recurrence rate and high efficacy.

分析非超声乳化白内障手术娩核方式对角膜内皮的影响

Analysis of the Effect of Non-phacoemulsification Cataract Operation on Corneal Endothelial Cell Nucleus Division

目的:探讨非超声乳化白内障手术两种不同的娩核方式对角膜内皮细胞数量和形态的影响,以及对术后视力恢复情况的影响。
方法:选择在本院手术治疗的40例白内障患者娩核方式分为直接娩出组和半娩出组,并根据 Emery- little晶状体核硬度分级标准分为软核和硬核,手术方式为白内障非超声乳化手术,术后第3天用角膜内皮镜检查并记录角膜内皮细胞数量和形态。术后随访3个月,比较并观察4组患者术前和术后角膜内皮细胞丢失率、形态变化和视力恢复情况。
结果:术前和术后3个月角膜内皮细胞丢失率比较,硬核直接娩出组与另外三组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而软核直接娩出组、硬核半娩出组与软核半娩出组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术前和术后第二天视力比较硬核半娩出组和软核直接娩出组之间无统计学意义(P=0.49),软核半娩出组与这两组比较有统计学意义(P=0.030),硬核直接娩出组与这两组之间比较也有统计学意义(P=0.14),术后三个月视力比较4组之间均无统计学意义(P=0.067)。术后 3 个月角膜内皮细胞形态变化不明显。
结论:白内障非超声乳化手术时,硬核直接娩核法对角膜内皮细胞损伤最大,软核半娩核法对角膜内皮损伤最小。若内皮细胞损伤较轻,对手术3个月后视力和角膜内皮细胞形态无明显影响。 
Purpose: To investigate the effect of non-phacoemulsification cataract operation in two different patterns of nucleus delivery on the quantity and morphology of corneal endothelial cells and postoperative visual acuity.
Methods: Forty patients diagnosed with cataract underwent cataract surgery and were assigned into the direct nuclear delivery and semi-nuclear delivery groups. Lens density was measured and divided into the hard and soft lenses according to Emery-little lens nucleus grading system. Non-phacoemulsification cataract operation was performed. At 3 d after surgery, the quantity and morphology of corneal endothelium were counted and observed under corneal endothelial microscope. During 3-month postoperative follow-up, the endothelial cell loss rate, morphological changes and visual acuity were compared among four groups.
Results: Corneal endothelial cell loss rate in the direct delivery of hard nucleus group significantly differed from those in the other three groups before and 3 months after operation (P<0.01),  whereas no statistical significance was found among the direct delivery of soft nucleus,  semi-delivery of hard nucleus and semi-delivery soft nucleus groups (all P>0.05).  Preoperative and postoperative 2-d visual acuity did not differ between the semi-delivery of hard nucleus and direct delivery of soft nucleus groups (P=0.49),significantly differed from those in the semi-delivery of soft nucleus (P=0.03) and direct delivery of hard nucleus groups (P=0.14). Visual acuity at postoperative four months did not differ among four groups (P=0.067). 
Conclusion: During non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery, direct delivery of hard nucleus caused severe injury to corneal endothelium and semi-delivery of soft nucleus yielded mild corneal endothelial injury. Slight corneal endothelial injury exerted no apparent effect upon visual acuity and corneal endothelial morphology at three months after surgery.

板层角膜移植日间病房模式的管理

Management of Lamellar Keratoplasty in Day-care Unit

目的:总结了日间病房收治 8 例板层角膜移植手术的管理及其效果。
方法:回顾分析8例日间病房模式下行角膜移植手术患者的工作流程和病历资料。
结果:8例患者术后恢复理想,其中1例真菌性角膜溃疡的患者术后2个月感染复发行常规住院治疗。
结论:板层角膜移植日间病房模式的管理重点包括详细制定并不断完善工作流程,对患者入选条件、术前后护理、出院后随访这些关键环节进行质控,并简化护理文书、加强心理护理和医护合作,提高工作效率。
Purpose:The management and efficacy of lamellar keratoplasty of 8 patients in day-care unit were summarized.
Methods:The work flow and medical record of 8 cases undergoing corneal transplantation in day-care unit were retrospectively analyzed.
Results:Eight patients were fully recovered.One case with fungal keratohelcosis was re-infected at postoperative 2 months and hospitalized.
Conclusion:During lamellar keratoplasty in day-care unit, the work flow should be explicitly established and modified. The quality of patient selection, preoperative and postoperative nursing, follow-up after discharge should be carefully assured.In addition, nursing paperwork should be simplified, psychological nursing should be strengthened, and doctors and nurses should cooperate closely to enhance work efficiency.
