Declaration on Generative AI
This guide aims to help authors appropriately use generative artificial intelligence (AI) and AI-assisted technologies during the writing process to enhance readability and language quality. Please note that these guidelines do not apply to the use of AI tools for data analysis or insight extraction during research.
When using generative AI and AI-assisted technologies, authors must ensure the following:
· The use of these technologies should be strictly supervised by a human.
· Authors should carefully review AI-generated content to ensure its accuracy, completeness, and objectivity.
· AI tools should not be credited as authors or co-authors, nor should they be cited as such.
· Authors must transparently disclose the use of AI tools in their submitted manuscript and make this information public upon publication.
Disclosure Statement
When generative AI or AI-assisted technologies are used in writing, authors must include the following statement in the core document of the manuscript, placed before the reference list:
Title of the Statement: "Statement on the Use of Generative AI and AI-Assisted Technologies in Writing"
Content of the Statement: During the preparation of this article, the authors used [name of tool/service] for [specific purpose]. The authors have reviewed and edited the content generated by this tool/service as necessary to ensure its accuracy and completeness and take full responsibility for the final published content.
Basic tools used solely for grammar, spelling, or reference checks do not need to be disclosed in this statement. If no generative AI or AI-assisted technologies were used, no statement is required.
